Rocket Engine Test Stand
During the Spring 2023 Semester, I worked in a team of five to route the fluids system for a cost-effective rocket engine test stand. This involved modeling Ox, Fuel, and Purge lines, as well as incorporating various fluid components according to a P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram).

Project Overview
The design employs an aluminum sheet affixed to the metal structural frame to secure fluid components like Solenoids, Pneumatic valves, and Filters. I helped model the fluid components using the Pipe Routing tool in SOLIDWORKS based on a Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
This was the second revision of a design we presented to the club. However, progress was postponed due to the club prioritizing work on the Icarus rocket, which required full team involvement. See our development review slides below.
